Nestled 2km above the iconic village of Ardara, The Green Gate B&B is a traditional Irish thatched cottage which was lovingly restored and created by French philosopher Paul Chatenoud in the early 1990’s.
The three thatched rooms and the honeymoon room each have their own private entrance, are en suite, and provide stunning sea and mountain views.
Rooms are draped in local tweed throws and rugs and white Parisian bed linen. Breakfast is included and served in the main cottage in front of a peat fire from 8am, or at guests convenience. Perfect if you need a lie in.
Four rooms are tastefully furnished in stone, wood and iron and decorated in local Donegal tweed.
Central heating in all the rooms and bathrooms.
The thatched cottage comprises three individual ensuite rooms, each with their own private entrance.
Independent room with view on the Atlantic.
