The Death of Maggie Given                                                                                                                                                             Maggie Given in her own right was an institution to all who knew her. Born in the parish ,raised in the parish ,and married in the parish ,Maggie was very much part of Ardara and that was clearly evident by the huge wake and the large attendance at the funeral today, her husband Kevin and her son Paddy predeceased her, but the remaining family members are very much loved and respected in the community and the complete community extend their sympathy to them allSt Paricks Parade on Sunday March 20                                                                                                                                            Floats are being booked for the parade from outside the parish but we need all to put their thinking caps on and deliver a float for the parade please support and keep the parade the best aroundThe Walking Festival from Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March                                                                                                       John Damian Gallagher has wonderful walks organised this year so give him a call 0876655828.
