A community at it’s best over the past number of weeks, members of a fundraising committee have been going door to door selling tickets for a local family who have had a terrible loss in recent times. With recent structures put in place, all our fundraising and funds distribution are controlled by a committee trust to the satisfaction of all involved, and that is why as a community we are so good looking after our own. The final part of this fundraise will culminate with a big dance in the Nesbitt Arms Hotel this Friday June 24th, with a great selection of musicians taking to the stage. Doors open at 9.30pm and please come and support and enjoy a good nights music and dance.
