We are now asking the above group of people who are patients at the Ardara Health Centre to register for the Covid 19 Vaccine at the following link: https://ardaraprimarycarecentre.ie/70covid.html

Please if you know of anyone in the above groups and you think they may not be capable of completing this online registration, perhaps phone them and ask if they would like you to submit their registration on their behalf.

Having said all this WE WILL CERTAINLY take registrations by phone on (074) 954 1134. If you are phoning, have the date of birth, phone number and PPS number at hand.
